The Registration Form

Note: Submission script is hosted on a new server, and there are a few modifications. After submitting this form, you need to send an email to tfos_referee@yahoo.com with the name of your character so it can be reviewed and added to Ominous.

Authorization Code - DO NOT MODIFY!

Your Real Name - Self-explanatory.

The Name of your Character - any name will work, but interesing ones are more fun.

Your Email Address - this is the address you will use to recieve messages from the PBEM. It is usually a good idea to get an extra internet adress to accomodate for the amount of traffic. It must be the same one that you entered on the previous page, or the registration will not work.

The URL of your website (optional)

Your ICQ Number. This is so the players can can meet together to discuss plots. My ICQ number is 45981999.

Sex - M = male, F = female, N = neither (aliens only)

Age - self-explanatory. Usually between 15-18 if human, any age ange for aliens.

Type: Human - self-explanatory, i.e. Ataru Moroboshi. Near-human - humanoid form, but with a few cosmetic differences (small fangs, horns, etc.), i.e. Lum. Not-very-near-human - Generally humanoid in shape, only with large differences (snakes for hair, wings, large tail, etc.), i.e. catgirls. Real Wierdie - Not even close to being humanoid, i.e. the Ohmu (nasty-looking beetle things) in Nausicaa.

Strange Features - If you chose anything besides Human in the menu above, list up to three distinguishing features of your character (i.e. horns, fangs, extra limbs, etc.)

Attributes: roll 1 six-sided die (i.e. 1 to 6) if javascript-capable (warning: this may not fill in all fields, so be sure to complete empty fields by hand if necessary)

Smarts - how smart you are.

Bod - your level of agility.

Relationship With Parents - self-explanatory.

Luck - How lucky you are.

Driving - How well you can drive.

Looks - How attractive you are to the opposite sex.

Cool - How well you can do under pressure.

Bonk - how much damage you can take.

Note: Too all you unscrupulous people who decide to cheat fate and enter all sixes: IF YOUR ATTRIBUTES ARE TOO HIGH, BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN. For instance, if you had all sixes, then you would probably never get a break from being chased by scores of admirers.

Knack points - if blank, roll one six-sided die. These are the point for your knacks. You may have up to 3 knacks, which you would write like "Knack +P" where P is the number of points you assign to it. A knack is any skill that your character is experienced with, and cna be anything from "con little kids out of their lunch money" to "fire super subspace bazooka-thing." The more points you give each knack, the better you are at it. The total number of points you assign to the knacks must be equal to your knack-point roll. List your knacks below.

Powers - these are unique thigs your character can do. And since I've already given enough away already, if you really want to find what the exact powers are, just buy the TFOS sourcebook from R. Talsorian Games. Or, if you feel like being a cheapskate, write the powers you want your character to have and I'll tell you if they're all right (really amazing powers for aliens ONLY!) Humans are allowed 1 power, aliens are allowed 3.

Traits - three words that best describe your character.

Allowance - anywhere from $5 to $60, in $5 increments. This is how much money you have to spend each week.

Stuff - the itmes you have on you when you start the game. Can include clothing, weaponry (but you can't kill anyone), a vehicle (car, flying saucer, etc.), miscellaneous gadgets, magical stuff - basically anything you can thing of. Please keep you list to under 15 items.

Biographical information - your character's background, interests, and any other pertinent information about your character. Listed below is a SAMPLE - you must input your own original information for your character to be accepted.

And, of course, the requirements...

I will follow the directions of the referee when necessary

That's it, now submit the character and wait for a reply.
