Skills: A Rattata recieves a +4 racial bonus to hide and move silently checks and a +8 racial bonus on balance checks. It uses its Dexterity modifier for climb checks.
Raticate
Raticate's sturdy fangs grow steadily. To keep them ground down, it gnaws on rocks, logs, and even the walls of houses.

Sneak Attack (Ex): A Raticate adds a number of d6s of damage against any foe that cannot properly defend itself equal to its level divided by three. This is exactly as the Sneak Attack ability of a rogue with 2 levels for every three full hit dice that the Raticate possesses.
Hyper Fang (Su): A Raticate's bite threatens a critical on a 19-20 and inflicts x3 damage when it criticals successfully.
Spell-like Abilities: Once a day, a Raticate may cast keen edge and greater magic fang as a druid of a level equal to its hit dice.
