Sand Attack (Ex): A pidgeotto can fling dust into the eyes of living opponents. A Sand Attack has a range of 25 feet plus 5 feet per two hit dice of the pidgeotto. The victim must make a reflex save (DC 10 + Pidgeotto's Con Modifier + Pidgeotto's Hit dice), failure blinds the victim for d4 rounds plus one round per point of Constitution bonus the Pidgeotto has. Improved Flight (Ex): A Pidgeotto can fly even when heavily encumbered, although its speed decreases accordingly.

A gusted opponent may attempt a reflex save for half damage (DC 10 + 1/2 Hit Dice + Dexterity Modifier). A living opponent who takes damage from a Gust also must make a save as if it had been targeted by the pidgeot's Sand Attack.
